ADN du Ceviche
Ceviche, a typical Peruvian dish, now crosses many borders and is found even on the most renown kitchens in the world.
The DNA of ceviche documentary, produced by Productions Pimiento, traces the origins of the famous dish. Director Orlando Arriagada's journey through Peruvian territory revealed the social and economic importance of this dish, with its long tradition, across the various strata of society.
François Léger-Savard participated in this project as a cameraman and drone pilot. He also produced numerous photographs featuring fishermen, farmers and merchants, as well as the country's greatest chefs.
