Mountain River

 

The Mountain River progresses between the splendid Rocky Mountains and through impressive canyons. It is above all an incredible place, immense, indomitable, that mankind has not yet devastated.

This expedition project took more than two years to come true, first taking shape in the form of a dream, then developing in the minds of six paddlers. The group of friends left for almost a month in the Northwest Territories and remained deeply marked. Few words can describe what this expedition meant for them.

François Léger-Savard was within this group, capturing photographs and videos. Using his drone and his cameras, he brought back almost dreamlike images from these remote territories, the story of a human adventure and a spectacular, wild nature.
